By accessing and using Callicraft ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Callicraft is a free online tool that generates calligraphy practice workbooks in PDF format. The Service runs entirely in your web browser — no data is sent to or processed on our servers.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free functionality will remain available.

PDF workbooks generated using Callicraft are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Print workbooks for personal calligraphy practice
• Share printed workbooks with friends, students, or workshop participants
• Use workbooks in calligraphy classes or workshops

You may not:

• Sell generated workbooks as commercial products
• Claim the generated workbooks as your own proprietary creation
• Remove or alter any attribution included in the generated files

Handwritten calligraphy exemplars included in the Service are original works created by contributing calligraphers. These exemplars are provided exclusively for use within Callicraft-generated workbooks and may not be extracted, copied, or redistributed separately.

The Callicraft name, logo, design, and source code are the property of their respective creators. The Service's visual design, user interface, and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callicraft and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (including Google AdSense). These ads help us maintain the Service as a free tool. Ad content is determined by the advertising network and is not endorsed by Callicraft.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
